About Us
As the slogan reads on the side of our big red truck, we believe that food is love. We strive to serve people familiar food that has an exceptional taste with our unique spin on the dish. The roots of Plan it Fresh have always been in the food truck industry. Along the way, the business transformed into taking on private event catering and personal chef clients.
We know that one of the most frustrating things about food trucks can be trying to keep track of where they are and that’s why we never change locations. We offer stability and reliability, you can always find our red truck in the Grappone Hyundai parking lot.
The Menu
Fresh ingredients are the key to any good meal. We source our food locally where possible. Additionally, we have worked hard to maintain strong relationships with small local distributors for anything we need that needs to be brought in.

Catering
Reach out if you want us to cater one of your events. We specialize in small private parties and company meetings, with the option of hot ready made meals delivered to you.
